after seeing  blueratm's Blastoise like OC i've decided to make a special OC for him an actual Blastoise only this one is rivals with my shiny Charizard girl Red this is just an interpretation but whatcha think?

also a Venusaur for another friend of mine will be coming soon to make the full circle of original starters like me with my Charizard, Toon with his Pikachu & now Matt with his Blastoise
