Long story short, my sister and I went to a shop that sells a bunch of different plushies and she wound up buying a big Yoshi plush. On the way home she wanted him to stick his head out the car window but rolled the window up too far and wound up 'choking' it. We laughed so hard we were in tears.

Thus this drawing was born.
