I haven't, I'm sorry! I can't speak for the first track, I haven't heard anything else by them, but the genre sounds like witchhouse to me, so maybe check out XXYYXX - he's a favorite of mine.
As for the second, GIAA is just in my opinion a spectacular example of their genre, I'd encourage you to check them out as well - they have a pretty lengthy and awesome discography.
