Ingredients:
1 bundle of rice noodles (or any long noodles)
1 small onion
2 tbs sesame oil
1 tsp minced fresh ginger root
1/4 c soy sauce
1 tbs cider vinegar
1 tsp white sugar
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 c hot water
1/3 c peanut butter
and however much broccoli you want
Lets make it!
-First cut up all your Broccoli and onions. I like to cut the onion in half, then into long slices.
- Start cooking the noodles
- In a pan slowly soften the onion.
- When the onion is soft add oil, ginger, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, pepper flakes and water.
- Prepare broccoli your favorite way. I like to cook them in salty water for 5 minutes maximum.
- Add peanut butter to the pan and mix until completely melted in.
- Throw in the noodles and make sure to mix well. Peanut butter makes it sticky
- Once combined serve hot and top with broccoli.
