In my strategy guide for Fallout 3, theres a reminder after you're captured and released, telling you to reequip your armor because running around in your Vault 101 undergarments is not recommended. This jumped to my mind.

What if Aemilius and Parker came from Vault 101 and were wandering around the wasteland before being captured? They were then stripped of everything except Aemilius' underwear and Parker's diaper. Unfortunately, Parker drank a full bottle of Nuka cola and it's starting to work it's way though his system. Aemilius rolls his eyes, realizing he's probably going to have to give up his underwear to cover Parker after disposing of his diaper.
