So  sweatpants was streaming and I was rummaging through my list for characters that hadn't been drawn yet when I came upon Minstrel's biosheet. How could I have forgotten Minstrel? Well as you see, I had to correct that.

Rebecca Morgan, better known as DJ Minstrel in the Silicon City club scene, is a registered mutant sound and light manipulator that has turned her power and her talent for music into a modestly successful career as a performer and disc jockey on the night club circuit. While not a "heroine", having about as much interest as experience in crime fighting (next to none), she is neither idle at improving her community (a social activist fond of throwing together a charity bash for one worthy cause or another) nor is she entirely helpless when fate sends a few "party crashers" her way. After all, just because she uses her powers to dazzle and amaze doesn't mean she doesn't know how to use them to confuse and disorient...

Expect a story with her sometime soon.
