Into a beautiful chibi pony! Character belongs to 
Orka-Aethyr !
The Medusa nebula is named for its similarities to the head of medusa. It appears to have a face with snakes instead of hair. That said, I incorporated the mirror from the myth of Medusa and Perseus, and gave the markings a snake-like design. I also included some pretty, sparkly hair on the tail...because why not? Since the nebula is made up of mostly dark dust, I left several regions of the character feature-less. Gotta get dat negative color weight o: !
