This man, while I can't name him for the sake of spoilers, is one of the villains from my Elder Scrolls fanfictions of the Philosopher's Saga. He's called the Prince because he's the Philosopher's right hand and has been promised to be the supreme leader of all the nations and tribes once the Philosopher enacts his plot for Tamriel.
