I made this to be a car that was built as a small community's police car in my world of collapsed government and destroyed economy. It was built a while ago and has been used quite a lot so it's devolved a lot of "character" ... Rust and scrapes. With most people no longer paying taxes, the funding for this towns law enforcement dried up. But some small towns that are mostly self sustaining. Many of these close knit towns help each other out and still rely on more traditional ways of maintaining peace and order.

The other mustang is an old car that is in a shop thats waiting in line to be built as a vehicle better suited for the "wasteland". It might end up in my story as a car that is built for someone specific or will be used in a trade.
