Here we are! It's finally ready!
The new species sheet for the Daelo species!
Pretty self explanatory but definitely feel free to comment or note me any questions!
(Will be updated as necessary.)
:ANATOMY AND BASICS:
There are three different builds of Daelo. Each specific build has certain features that occur more naturally / rarely than others.
Baby Daelo's are called Puppens.
Pixie
The smallest type of Daelo, averaging about 1-2 feet in height and 2-3 feet in length. They are quick and sleek and it isn't unusual for this particular build to have wings and be capable of flight. They are commonly used as messengers due to their quick speed and ability to fly.
Standard
The most common type of Daelo, averaging about 2-3 feet in height and 4-5 feet in length. They are excellent tree-climbers and at navigating tough terrain. Love collecting things and are usually very helpful (depending upon the soul they harbor). They are of a thicker build than Pixie Daelo's.
Brute
The stockiest and largest type of Daelo, averaging around 4-6 feet in height and 5-8 feet in length. They boast bigger, more powerful paws then the other two sub-species. Though they are decent at climbing, their bulk makes them a little unwieldy at it. They prefer the ground as they are thicker and heavier, but are well suited to tough terrain and fighting.
Much like a Kangaroo, Daelo's have strong, powerful back legs. They are able to stand much like one as well and can walk short distances on their hind legs. They similar to a kangaroo as well due to the length difference, giving them an odd, hopping-like gait. Their foot pads are thick and callous as most of them can easily navigate rocky terrain and climb trees.
Most are omnivorous. They have long tongues in order to get insects / honey out of tree's and hives.
All Daelo's have pouches, regardless of gender. However, males do have smaller, shorter pouches than females do. Both genders can carry items and Puppens in their pouch!

Thank you very much! I'm not around much due to a busy career and life in general (also I can't draw) so I'm not sure how common Dae adopts will be but if we bring them back make sure to keep an eye on omegafluff too as she's the artist and has permission to post them to her account as well!
