It's like I am breathing fine but I still can't get any air. I'm surrounded by people but none of them

A vent piece I made to work with backgrounds and to express how I have been feeling lately. Just overall anxious and alone. Like I don't matter and that I am only good for paying bills and providing food.
Logically I know that isn't right but I can't stop the feelings.
