Well... You know, much as the way I have Finnick pegged myself, I think he wouldn't be inclined to join the ZPD...
I DO think he makes a perfect trio with Judy and Nick, and given that he was originally meant to have a bigger role and should have a bigger role in the/a sequel...
I'm kind of wondering if in a few years we might see a Zoo-2-pia (this time it's fur-sonal!) that WILL see Finn join the ZPD at the end...
It could happen!
