PLEASE HELP ME INDENTIFY THIS UNKNOWN FURSUITER!
You don't need huge billboards or mass social media plugs to gain attention to your wares for your business. Why all you need is something as simple as a scrap of paper, a marker, and your physical self. Heck, this guy's got the right idea! And he waited till there was a parade to sneak into and show off his offer to the crowd!
