Kinda sums up how I'm feeling right now. Nothing as serious as losing my GF but close to it. Having my oldest friend mad at me because... well.. rather not go into it.

Takes more than one mistake with me, unless it is one hell of amajor one. Course that is because my life is already full of mistakes made by me. I might ask for alone time but I'd never get rid of anyone that close to me.

thus is the endless cycle of life. no one can break free of it. and so we shall suffer cruelty as best we can, and savor those fleating moments of joy as they come and go.

I've been long convinced that life is a test and that we all seem to have our own unique certain goal to achieve, life being a paradise just isn't feasible. Part of which makes it so hard is, of course, that we don't know what it's all for... which allows the doubt that it could be all for nothing.

IMO what you've just experienced was not love, at least not on the others part. The other person in question here was obviously unsure of their own feelings. One doesn't just love then pack up and leave after one mistake, love requires tolerance and faith in your significant other.

Don't worry, the time will come, you just have to find the strength to pick yourself back up every time you are knocked down and do it gracefully as possible. Of course, that's the hard part.

Sometimes it may seem that love doesn't last forever, but that is a false settlement in my eyes. You must realize that love is an emotional attachment, and it is uplifting. This attachment can not last though, if the other is not also deeply connected.
