Well, I finally got up to Tail and got my camera out for the first time in ages. The party was excellent (I don't have the street cred to say "off the hook" here), and the photography was challenging (sooo much fog machine ><) but rewarding. I may have gotten drunk and karaoke'd in fursuit at one point... but I digress.
One of my favorite things about photography is what I'll call "the slot machine factor": pull the lever enough times and eventually something awesome will fall out that you may never have expected. This shot of
dobiepincherfur is completely raw--no photoshop, no post-processing, it's not even cropped. It just happened like this, and it's not anything I'd conventionally intend to do with a shot, but it's awesome and I'm keeping it XP
