Part of me wants to say the obligatory "sleepy kitty is sleep" comment buuuuut I think that's kinda implied y'know?
I like the whole drowsy face you have drawn there. The "I just woke up 8 seconds ago" face it what sells this picture to me. It's like the pillow is being hugged not just for comfort, but to keep you remembering which way is UP. (Look, it's happened before.) That aside, the pajamas are a nice touch. I can't tell what the yellow shape there is, but I'm going to say it's a bell. ...Then again, looking at it again, I'm..pretty sure I'd be right.
Moving from that for a moment, I do like how you have the colors flowing together here. Blue eyes, powder blue pajamas, light blue background color. Which I like a lot. I tell people this a lot, but it's always good to have a background color rather than just leaving it dull white space. If it was just white, it'd be boring right?
Speaking of color, that's another cool thing you did with the pillow- it's striped. I almost wouldn't have caught that. Hey, that's pretty creative there. A lot of people (Including myself) would have just left it plain white.
All that being said, I think it came out well.
