Dear Mister Answer Man,
I am in the third grade and our teacher just told us about the country of Australia - how it's on the other side of the world, on the bottom of the Earth. She told us that people there don't fall off because gravity is pulling them Up towards the Earth. How is it that gravity knows it's supposed to do that?

You're looking at this from all wrong. People are falling off the Earth in Australia all the time!
