This is Flare, a Houndoom that runs a Tailoring store, where he can also does Repairs, and make clothing when requested.

It's I think the first time I've made a request of him, and I should try and get more of him, since he's seen lot's of action and I know this character a LOT by now, given he was my main character in a LONG RP I have with a friend of mine.
