This pic has a local connection for me: in my country there is a certain kind of traditional hat that has the beardhairs of mountain goats on it as decor. I thought it would be funny to give a goat guy such a hat...even though his horns would kinda prevent him from wearing a hat XD At least he can lift it for a salut :)
