purple backpack panther (figurine)
A friend borrowed me his SLR camera, what a huge impressive thing. But it really captured the colors well of this very hard to photograph panther lady! When i only have a very limited color palette it can be a joy and a burden because you don't want everything to look too similar. Here i pretty much just had shades of grey and shades of purple to work with, so the pants are neutral purple, the hair is reddish purple, her collar is pinkish purple and her markings and blueish purple. A lot of work and a lot of fun!
I hope you guys appreciate this because making these phots taught me the definition of the word "hate".

Aw thank you! But you will be disappointet to hear there isnt anything special about the products i use :'D i use different brands of acrylics, some are really cheap hardware store ones and some are a bit higher quality but not much because im a cheapo. The trick is to thin down the paint and then paint at least 3 thin layers till its fully covered. When im painting with light colors i need at least 7 layers^^
