and hell, there are plenty of successful people out there who don't have an education, school isn't for everyone and a grade doesn't represent what all people can do!
also measuring success differs for people, some measure it in money, some in friends, some in travels, experiences and adventure, and still others measure it in there talents and skills
it doesn't matter what other people think, its you who needs to live with you, if you are happy.. then noting wrong with it, if you aren't, then decide what you need to do to improve the situation so you are :3

Но вопросы очень знакомы... Я сам глубокими ночами часто могу успешно не уснуть, полностью погрузившись в негатив и искусственную депрессию.. Улыбайся даже когда не до улыбок - настроение как кривым стартёром заведётся. Всё будет хорошо.

Не знаю, я вот не причисляю себя полностью к фуррям. Я считаю, что у сообщества есть много плохих сторон, которые полностью не компенсируются хорошими. Ну и да, просто улыбаться - не получается. Мне непременно нужна отдача и удовлетворение от того, что я делаю, особенно если это что-то материальное.
А тех же лошадей я не зря упомянул - объем позитива, что от них исходит, просто зашкаливает. Как и то количество денег, сколько нужно влить хотя бы в возможность быть рядом с ними.

Всем нужна отдача, иначе не понятно есть ли толк от твоих действий. И неужели в твоих краях за возможность пообщаться с лошадьми нужно платить настолько много? Я не говорю про покупку собственной лошади, это действительно дорого и хлопотно, особенно если хочешь вырастить лошадь под себя, взяв ту же двухлетку. Не говоря уж об обученной уже восьмилетке. Но есть же ещё вариант с посещением конного клуба, чтобы поучиться верховой езде. Всё равно чистить лошадь и седлаться будешь сам, тебе только в первый раз покажут как надо и заседлают.

Just how you compare yourself to Oouna and Darkgem, there's plenty of artists who compare themselves similarly to you. Everyone wants what they don't have, and once they obtain it, they want more. Comparing to others can be a powerful drive, but it's ultimately empty and unfulfilling. You're a (damn) fine artist, and yeah, you draw some of the most succulent and exhilarating horse porn on the internet - but that doesn't mean you're limited- nor obligated, to that.

Why not give broader narrative and tame art a shot? That will be more fulfilling than regretting not being as good as your idols. Don't let asinine negativity consume you - it's not worth it.

I'm not just comparing myself to others - actually I am the very hater of my own creations. But every day I see masterpieces by real artists, and I want my creations to be at least similiar to theirs - with more interesting colors mixed with shading, bright expressions and motion. But every time I try to achieve that, it ends pretty shitty, which is really depressing. And I have to get back to my 100 blended layers style to get just another commission money...

As for the tame things - I prefer my own arts to be tame, but all the things people order me to draw for money are always explicit, otherwise they wont buy it. So, copypaste horsepron continues...

Hang in there horse. It gets better ... I promise. Just keep putting one hoof in front of the other.

NEVER complain about being as good as X, you are you. Period. You have good skills, you are learning, and you are a decent person. So what if you never get to skill X or Y, why become another one of them anyways?. Be proud of what you have and the folks that appreciate you for being you ;).

Accept that you have talents, friends, skills, and fans right now and you will go far my dear friend. You are quite good now and can only get better IF you don;t fall into the trap of holding yourself up to others. That will hurt you in the end, so don;t bother with such silly things like that.

Yeah I sound like a crappy pep talk from a high school teacher but it is true, we all fall into the * i wish i was as good as* trap, and all it does is hurt you pretty badly.

AWrs, I can relate to most of those. I will be 27 in June and am not sure that I will be able to obtain my dreams either. I can also relate to having that one part of you that's always there. Been through some tough times with it as well.

This speaks to me. I relate to the artist comments and the emotions they invoke, but the image makes me think of a protector. Someone who is always telling you the things that I list wrong about myself are not true. And from that view I also relate. Beautiful work as always.

I really love your art.. Its special and full of emotion. The most artist draw for money and attention.. You draw because you want to show people something deep.. I can see so much love in each of your drawings... I look at you and the first thing coming up in my mind is.. I want to be like you.. I want to draw like you and think like you.. I wish i had the talent to get so much love and emotion in my art. I know. Every artist is great and everybody can draw nice and beautiful on their own way. But its always the fear what make people so depressed. Because they just see drawing which are better than their own.. But they cant see how beautiful their own art is... You are a so wonderful artist. And so friendly. The really big ones are like.. Invisible.. Just posting something.. But without a face.. You show it you show who you are.. You dont need a mask...
