Around here, the winter of 2015-2016 passed with barely a trace of snowfall. Mother Nature made up for it on Easter morning when we woke to a short-lived, but beautiful blanket of snow. I managed to snap a few photos before it quickly melted away.
This is a photo of the Bradford Pear tree in my back yard. Now, Bradford Pears are beautiful with thick crowns of dark leaves. In the spring, they produce nice clusters of gorgeous white blossoms. Unfortunately, those pretty blossoms stink to high heaven. I was thankful for the snow that put an early end to the assault on my olfactory center.

Uh, yeah...
I've heard that said of Linden trees and, after some Googling, apparently the Bradford Pear is widely thought to smell like semen. I never really thought much of it, only that they smell pretty bad when in bloom. I'll have to wait until next spring to give you my assessment...

Yeah because my brother moved to an urban area and he was taking me with him to this new shopping complex and apparantley they planted those damn things there and they were in bloom. I was like, "Is there a brothel or something here, it smells like jizz?" He said, "No it's the trees over there, they smell like that in bloom."
Hopefully only in bloom though? Like how purple deadnettle only lasts in spring?
