He doesn't draw it, he uses 3d animation/modelling software, like what Pixar uses. i'm pretty sure Zorryn uses Maya or 3dsmax (correct me if i'm wrong).
if you ever wanted to get into doing this sort of thing look at Blender3d; completely free to use and is closely running behind Maya in terms of performance etc. (maya's $4000+ US)
