Yup - that looks good so far man!
The hair is always the hardest part for me as well - I'm still unsure why, but heck, you'll get it done ^.^ You always do!

I personally leave the sketch lines in until I'm further along anyway, just in case I have to go back and change something I know where it's "supposed" to be :P

Overall I think you're off to a great, great start - stay at it and I think you'll be golden!

Hahaha, yes indeed... a putty cat. I unfortunately was getting burned out on canines, as was everyone else I think... so, I figured changing up things would help. ^ ^

I totally get that. It's actually pretty awesome seeing how your styles alternate for other species. I'll have to commission my saber character once it's finished! :)

Eep! She looks so lovely! I could instantly tell she was a big cat just from the thumbnail. Definitely different from your canines. I love her expression and I think your sketch lines look perfect. I wish you much luck with her hair! I know dreads can be difficult haha. Btw thanks so much for drawing her <3

*Nods* Thank you, I appreciate it. Haha, yes... this is definitely different from my canines. Which unfortunately has limited my ability to put more expressive motion into the characters face. I believe however once I work with them more, I'll be able to do more. Until then, my apologies.

As for her hair, I believe I've nailed it. I'll upload the image here very shortly... when I do, don't be shy to point out any flaws you deem notable to change or fix. As for picking your character and drawing her... no problem, it's my pleasure.
