So, I was cooking dinner, and thought..
"Hey, why don't I post up my recipes whenever I cook something"
So here it is...
Creamy Prawn Pasta
Ingredients: (For One Furson)
Half a Diced Onion
Half a clove of Garlic, finely chopped
Half a Small Red chili, also finely shopped
Half a dozen (6 for people who can't divide) Green (Uncooked) prawns. De-shelled or shelled, totally up to you.
1 Cube of Chicken Stock
A container of Mixed Herbs (Sprinkle on a little bit to add some easy obtainable flavorz)
One small container of cream (Around 250mL {8.45 Oz.})
Any kind of Pasta to your choosing.
Cooking Directions:
Start to boil water for the pasta.
Simmer the onion in a non-Stick fry pan with some oil until brown.
Throw in the Garlic, and Chili.
Put the pasta in the water.
Cook until the garlic turns slightly brown (This will take a maximum of 20 seconds.)
Place in your prawns, and sprinkle the mixed herbs over them.
Once the prawns start turning orange, flip them over.
Pour in about half of the cream, followed by a stock cube.
Simmer on a low heat, stirring every now and then to mix in the stock cube, and herbs.
Taste it. It should need no salt at all.. the stock cube helps with that.
If it is a little too salty for your liking, pour in some more cream.
Continue to let it simmer for about 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
Drain the pasta, put it in a bowl, and top it off with your Creamy Prawn sauce.
Grab a spoon, and OMM NOM NOM NOM.
