Oscar (the guy with the shorter hair and bandaging) and The Long haired assassin drinking a beer is Bob. Yeah don't ask about his name...he'd probably kill you... for fun.
And since furs are treated more like animals or pets...

Bob: He needs to learn self-defense.
Oscar: He can't fight back you know that.
Bob: And you know that you can't keep patching him up
Oscar: Any attack he does will be construed as him giving into his instinct and then police will put him down.
