Teh heh. Funny. Did you have to look that up btw. I ask because I know people that have memorized facts like that just waiting to spew them out at random to impress people. My ex girlfriend was such a person because she was going to medical school and knew all kinds of facts that most people would never even think to look up. She was fascinating. I miss her.
I do indeed enjoy talking shit. And I've got a huge inventory of fictional/trivial terms to draw upon when the situation demands. When fun pictures like this challenge my imagination and memory, well then, it's on!
Strontium Cortinide is, of course, the fictional alloy that is the main ingredient in the warp coils aboard the Galaxy Class vessels of the UFP Starfleet. The precise ionic number of the alloy escapes me at this time. Its properties for subspace/magnatomic capacity would make it ideal to hold the eldritch energies for a demon-dispatching ballistic weapon.
Thunderbird is my own imaginary weapon: a customized Desert Eagle fifty calibre handgun. metallugically modified to handle TK and spiritual warheads/energies. I live in the southwestern USA, so a gun with "eagle" in the name, with an appropriate cheesy native-american reference = Thunderbird.
"Smile For The Birdie!" is of-course the tagline before I fire.
All this shit I just typed above, I did strictly for my own amusement. I do it to impress no-one. If you find it amusing, in the spirit of the campy know-it-all, fine. If you don't, no biggie.

Well overall I find it amusing. I think that was the point of your comment mostly right? I didn't mean you were the type that tries to impress with facts. Just that I know people that do that. I myself am rather impressed by people that know minutia such as what you just described.
