older brother of Thass who was to be the Duke but the succession was changed by their father to avoid him going out to fight a losing war. He rules the County of Koron Front but is the regent of the Dukedom of Palmirate in Thass's absents. Edwin tries to be the voice of reason among family members but ends up arguing a lot. He is a diligent character but paranoid as well.

Koron Front is the Northern part of the Island Dukedom which is a expanding town do to refugees leaving the war zones leading to it being unstable do to the very cold climate and flow of new people.
