The squiggly dreadlocks all over are great, they emphasize snakiness and motion in this. Also, the way that the mouth works is cool - it's a way of hybridizing a snake mouth and a mammal mouth that I hadn't seen before. It works well. Also, making the hood feathered and jagged instead of a smooth curve is pretty cool.
