Something I made two years ago with FL Studios 4, and it was by far a lot harder to make than it sounds. I dicked around with music in the free time I had during my deployment and this is pretty much the farthest I got into music making before I stopped with it.
It's supposed to be a representation of the life of a rain storm from the first drizzle to the time after its passing. I really like rain.

Ooooh... I do have an idea, hahah! I listen to the drums in this everytime and am pretty much horrified myself! I might have easily fixed that (and many things), but my old laptop didn't have enough RAM and it was hell just to open the file eventually, and then my laptop was smashed, hahaha so...

Yeah well, I'm pretty confident I'd be about twice as good today if I tried. What's beautiful about making music is that it helps you to understand just how difficult some things must have been to imagine and create. It almost feels like you can't fully appreciate it until you've tried it youself. Much like drawing, or anything else... and I am a man that loves my music.
I know we don't know each other, but the fact that this is 8 years old astounds me. I've been listening to this song since then and when it starts raining, the melody automatically comes to my head. I'd download this song and put it in my old MP3, listening to it while going by car under the rain. In fact I even listen to it now whenever I want to draw a rainy scenario. Just wanted to write this comment to let you know it really has shaped the way I view the rain :')
