Just a quick chicken I threw together for the 11 Second Club thing.
Taking advantage of the fact that Blender fur clumps *flatten* when combed, so each "feather" is a guide hair with all its child hairs meeting it at the tip in a feather shape.
(the texture here has been lightened a bit for detail from the one in the animation.
