See if you're going to insist on wearing diapers with your formal wear, at least try to make sure the dress is long enough to cover up your diaper and then some. Plus, watch sitting down, because fabric tends to rise up when you sit down (equal and opposite reactions :D ). Any other tips from you crinklefurs who tend to wear padding and formal wear?

I typically wear a onesie over my diaper whenever I have to be formal and padded at the same time. Just a simple, plain white onesie with short sleeves. In place of the usual undershirt. Though...I imagine a onesie would be useful here as well. So long as no one noticed the snaps, you could pass it off as underwear...maybe?
And then, of course, the works. Button up shirt, khaki or black pants, bowtie or plain tie. ^_^

Yes, it would, though in essence, it's a style choice. I typically wear white undershirts because it goes well with the colors that I usually wear (or so I'm told).
And a thin diaper is only good if you don't void your bladder everytime it releases. Instead of thin, I go with cloth-backed disposables like the Abena M3. The M4 isn't too noisy, though. So that works too in a pinch. Just have to remember the diaper bag! ^_^''
