Inspired by the Multiverse Spider-Men taking on the Electro of the multiverse, 'The Battery', which you should be checking out cuz it's friggin' awesome!
Meet Peter Dillion, from Earth# 5121 where Peter Parker was the adopted brother to Maxwell Dillion. When they were both in their field trip, Peter gets bit by the spider and Max gets in an accident that turns him into Electro. Both were getting use to their powers when they both get a run in with the Lizard and Mawell gets killed while protecting his brother. Peter takes up the mantel in his brother's honor and memory while building a special electric discharging equipment combining with specialized web-shooters. From then on he becomes the shocking web-slinger SPIDER-ELECTRO!

Cool. He better be on alert though, the Inheritors might not be in the nuclear fallout universe where Ben Parker became Spiderman instead. If they aren't then this guy is in great danger from those vampiric villains. Especially Lord Solus, Daemos and the more well-known Morlun. They can enter his world at anytime and killing them won't do any good if their cloning lab is operational.
Good to know. Here you might need this to reset the multiverse after what they've done. *Tosses a Cosmic Cube to you* Use it to revive everyone killed because of them all and separate the radiation Earth from the New York where they'll be trapped forever in a field of radiation surrounding the fallout shelter they'll eventually call home. I find that ironic.
