Finally hooked up my scanner and got myself a proper scan of this picture, with some added detail and a few touch ups. (with thanks from  maikeru ) I've still got a few things I'm going to alter while I'm working on this digitally, this is only my second draft, and I plan on going digital in Photoshop from here on out, so expect this picture to change quite a lot from here on out.

Just to give you guys a big hint about the nature of this costume, he ain't wearing red, that's for sure! I'm going to color this in the Reverse Flash's yellow color scheme, because I can't help but be drawn to the character in the CW version of The Flash. It's not like I've dressed up as yellow costumed heroes before...

Also, I'm probably going to be giving him an afterimage / vibration sort of look, but without the effect of making it obscure his identity like they use it so often in the show. Maybe the evil glowing red eyes as well.

First time I've touched pencil to sketchpad in must be like... 3 years now. I'm amped!
