Ya, I saw a few pictures of that or something similar. Quite a bit of hardware. I can't imagine the kind of regular maintenance it needs. For a little while, I had been trying to debug and restore an old GAT-1 by Singer at our local museum of flight...

If it's German made, it's probably VERY standardized parts, but a hassle to get apart. Still it doesn't look to be as expensive as the airliner simulators.

That is a brilliant concept, It's amazing to me that this kind of simulator hasn't been instituted yet. Then again, we don't have spaceships capable of all axis, high G maneuvers just yet.

Regardless, now I want to engineer it.

Amazon sales are dealers or collectors selling their stuff, likely from sales many years before, so I don't see anything. Don't know if Chris has the images in a useful format, as he did the work something like twenty (?) years ago.

I'd love to know what can be found and I've been using Amiga (even to this day) and such since '85. I know a thing or two about unusual formats.
