Well, considering thats what Judy wore, even under her meter-maid vest, for the field, and he's gonna be in the field in the fan comic I'm working on, i put that on him simple becuase its easier to draw and it makes sense that he would eventually have to wear that at some point. And I like this design, I original did do a sketch in the other uniform but I personally liked this one better for the comic, sorry.
