I'd choose the ones that will be the most useful. The stickers that I use the most are of my character laughing, being upset/looking hurt, showing a full smile with eyes closed, sleeping, waving hello, being confused, showing love (for thanks/appreciation), the face with "Aww yeah!", and a "meh" face like :\ or :|
As much as I love a lot of those poses and scenes, the rest of them are just icing on the cake really and could be added to the set later as you find the need for them.
