So, the theme for
furnalequinox this year was superheroes; by an interesting coincidence, I was just starting a superhero sketchbook when the theme was announced.
kanthara was the Canadian guest of honour (FE always has two guests, one Canadian, one International) and fairly well-known for her work on the Gargoyles comic among other things.
This was the last sketch I managed to get at the Furnal Equinox this year, having to get the finished artwork quickly while the dealer's room was closing. Which meant I didn't get a good chance to tell her at the time how much I liked it.
In any case, here's a nice dynamic pose of a lioness version of Power Girl.

Yes, I like this one as well. Dynamic pose, and putting in the comic panel frame just to 'break out' the sides adds a little something more to it.
Granted, as people might guess from https://www.furaffinity.net/view/8499839/ I've had a bit of an interest in Power Girl for a while anyway.
