So i cant come up for a good title for this one.

At any rate, this is probly my favorite picture for the summer because i think its the most experimentive and most inspired picture i did. I did it shortly after my birthday. It was done because i wanted to do a peice of art to put as a cover for my MP3 CD case. The image was inspired by a statue i got for my birthday at virginia beach. I really like that statue and did my best to draw the dragon in it. I did the music because it was a music CD, and the crystal is just there to keep it fantasy.

I had a lot of fun experimenting with the blending and glowing effect. And even though you cant see it those silver scales actually have some silver paint marker highlights, so IRL, if you tilt it, it shines. ^^ Overall, im really happy with the shading and the highlights and the glowing. Not to mention its one of the best pics ive done with backgrounds. ^^
