This is one of my greatest friends. He goes by Kazuma. He doesn't have the ability to draw anthros so I designed and drew the character for him. He is a Black, Red, and Purple dragon. (I gave him paw pads, but he only has one on each hand) His pupil(Purple circle in the corner) is a freaky design he created for his character. He calls his eyes, "the Zetsuey"
He has the ability to control time in a certain area range. He has spicky and smooth scales. His eyes have special stages. The one shown is his most powerful stage. He has 7 stages~ Level 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, Magnified, and Secret. Each one gives him different powers. I still need to get more information about him.
