Alrighty, here goes:
1. Ein, having felt like Sirius oughta be able to join in on the fun, decided to mess around with his anatomy and genetics and then BAM, the Sirius we see above is born.
2. Sirius, noticing ZL drooling one day over pictures of the GBM elves, tries to do the same thing and again, BAM, we have massively huge Sirius.
3. Aldin put Sirius through a heavy-duty dose of training, wanting to help get him stronger.
