Haha, it's sad. The last time I drew Chuck, he looked like this: http://solfire.com/newlopart/chuck_waggin.jpg . I think eventually he may restyle his hair back to the shirley temple curls but for now he keeps it cropped.

Don't automatically peg Chuck as a "bad boy". He's not. He's actually got an overgrown compassion gene, but at the same time, he won't hesitate to use his own body as a bargaining chip if he has to. The other big problem is his environment; gangs, crimes, drugs, and violence.. and Chuck is smack dab in the middle of it all.

Come to think of it, he's very similar to a certain raccoon I know... I wonder if they used to know each other?
