This pond sits about a hundred yards from Kurosawa Hill and I would often sit on the steps here after a training session to have some lunch and rest up before heading home. Particularly during the summers I would take off my shoes and dip my feet in the water to cool off.
This place can be rather charming and lovely with a bit of proper sunlight, but in the rain it's got a noticeable bleaker tone to it all, albeit still a beautiful one. It's usually rather tranquil and serene, though there is an annual music festival where a big stage is erected over the far end of the pond, and a combination of large sprinklers and carefully-angled projectors is used to create gorgeous tapestries of swirling color while the bands are playing.
This picture and your soul belong to me.
