My second favorite Pokemon, Starmie!

Study partner of Spice's. Totally loyal to Spice's judgment in battle. Prefers defense over offense. Asexual; on a team of uber-sexual mons.

Kept the form simple and a little jagged. Her stance gives the appearance of levitation, but since its not to species, I plan to play her as well balanced, being able to walk on the tips of her feet/legs. Five Hair/tentacles that raise when getting powered up.

Name slightly based off of the french version of Starmie, Staross.
