This is a sketch for a mutant Kougra I have on Neopets. I'm putting it up on FA cause I haven't put much up at all. So, here you go. please leave comments or,.....whatever else you feel you should.

I will do commisions, but only sketchs, my colored pencils aren't smooth. so, if anyone has tips on how to make colored pencil look smoother on paper,please please PLEASE tell me. XD
