Ingredients:
Porrrrk (I actually used belly 'Cause they were out of chops. QQ)
(Yes I know I cheated on this.) A jar of Plum Sauce.
Simple.
Directions:
Heat up a pan, and throw the pork in, for about 15 seconds, then flip it over. This is just to seal the meat.
Put the oven on to about 160°C (320°F) Or 140°C (280°F) If you are using a fan forced oven.
Cook the meat in the oven for about one hour, flipping it about 30 minutes in.
Get a spoon, and spread some of the sauce on the face up side of the pork, then put it back into the over for 30 minutes.
Flip the meat over and repeat this step.
30 minutes later, pull it out of the oven, chuck it onto a plate, and enjoy! =3
