just some render fun, and to show I'm not dead yet.
Yes that's impractical armor. Usually the best type indeed.
Thanks for looking

Also, having that big gap between the turret and the body for the beneath the turret launchers creates what is called a "shot trap". Instead of deflecting glancing shots away from the tank like you want to, any shell that gets into that gap will be deflected into the tank's weak points (namely the junction between the turret and the hull). This is considered a huge design flaw for a tank.
My first thought was "look at all the shot traps and weak spots"... As long as they're throwing physical shells around the battlefield, that's a particularly poor design. For directed-energy weapons? There's enough handwave room to get around the problems, but it's still inefficient. Look at the size of the turret ring compared to the size of the figure; that's going to be a huge bottleneck feeding the cannon, because the turret isn't big enough to fit the crew entirely inside, so they'll need to fit in the turret ring, too.
The positioning of the missile pods, though, their effectiveness depends on the design of the missiles. Having them pre-programmed to do a pop-up after launch to acquire their target lets the tank stay more fully hull-down and still fire, but their position under the turret is still a concern if they're damaged and dangle by one end down where they can interfere with turret rotation; turret side would be better.

Is it wierd that i´m looking at the tank and can point out multiple design errors ?
Seems like some Main gun componets aren´t protected against shrapnel or mg fire .
Very open turret ring provokes hits and scrapnel to disable the turret rotation .
Inconvenient placement of therocketpods , can only be fired when a huge portion of the tank is vissible .
Think i stop now
Also i´m proably wierd XD

Meh, she's supposed to be inside a tank so we can let you get away with some artistic license there. The tank itself, after looking at it a couple of times I have to agree with the others. Easy meat for anti-tank infantry and gun crews if they can get a bead on it. Still, good to see you back.
