Just this idea I'd had for some sort of weird air elemental - this eel-like mermaid thing which undulates through the clouds and agitates them enough to make it rain.

Crummy coloring. Oh, well, you learn by screwing up, right?

Thanks! I just imagined her as being incredibly, incredibly long, we're talking football fields worth of long eel-like body stretching back through all the clouds.
