Oh, yeah!! Finally some "Reptile action" for you again!
As you can see the background was inspired by the "KILL BILL" cover - this is one of my favourite movies!
And by the way, the blood splats are done with brush and red colour... which I splashed on the paper and scanned lateron. So, it is REAL "bloody" colour on paper!
As a matter of fact, I've been so busy with class tests in the past months... I just HAD to draw my character in a "silly" way again. Aw, well... it's not silly... maybe... I can call it "campy"!
This is a very relaxing, simple "action cartoon comic style" artwork... and I like how it came out. It's simple but effective!
AND IT IS REPTILE... SO STOP COMPLAINING!!!

Thanksssssssssssssssssssssssss, big bro!!!!
Yeah, I know that this style is something YOU might appreciate. After all, your style aims in the same direction, eh?
Yeah... I am alive. But it took me so long to GET into drawing again... so much work to do for school... -..-"
But you see, I am NOT dead!

8 more watchers till 4500 watchers...maybe another picture for that too??
I like what you did here. He looks a little bigger than last time. You are still my favorite artist, so keep it up. I am actually in the process of making my own character inspired from your works. Maybe I show you soon, yah?

ah alright, i spotted it before all the hints but i thought it was nothing special since you often draws your pictures with a lot of small details like those :p
i was expecting something like a missing horn or differences with those blue feet and fingers pads or even differences with scales actually ^_^

Heh, I thought in the first moment I saw the picture "Oh look, that's like Kill Bill!" and then saw the description! ;)
The thing is, cell shading is also not simple - if there is a mistake, it's not easy to camouflage it like with some other styles!
I find the perspective in the picture really nice, since it gives the scene a certain dynamic!
There I would point out, that the weapon doesn't seem to completely adhere to the perspective of Reptile (perhaps because one can see the back part of the weapon on the other side of his body?)
But nonetheless a cool picture! :)
I couldn't find the something D:

Gotta say this is kinda unusual from you using a comic style graphic as a background for an aciton pose of Reptile. I can certainly see the Kill Bill inspiration ; ) Normally I´m not a big fan of yellow and green together but here you choose a good yellow that can contrast Reptile´s skin, which is a good move to make him the main focus of the pic, as for the blood, is placed in the right area because it wouldnt have been the same having the blood comming from the right side, why? because it´s supporting the direction where Reptile is facing and of course impulsing to it.
As for the pose, Pretty good, natural, perfect as a cover for a short comic indeed, the left arm drawn nicely and done with the perspective, and the shading is giving a great dynamic look on Reptyle by covering his face and most of his body.
A nice and well done work you have done here, this go definitly to my faves of course ; ) Congratulations man!!!
Ad adition, as for the note you left below. At first I wasn´t sure why you put this note here in FA and not in DA, so I was like "hmmmm teasing perhaps?" Then I look closely, and looks like you wanted to show a tease of his fundoshi, am I right? XD

Hehehe, thanks a lot for the large comment, my dear friend!!
^_____^
The direction of the blood splashes was kinda tricky but I wanted to have a direction corresponding to Reptile's upper body where most of the movement is. I guess both corners would have been ok... but I prefer this one.
And yes, there is a hint of fundoshi, hehehehe... well, after all, this is part of his clothing!!
^^
But it was important to me to show that he is NOT naked underneath.
