uuug so. so i've been listening to music. animal collective's album 'water curses'. i can't help it. i do this thing where i don't really look for updates in music, even in my favorite bands. and then i check in and they've got all kinds of new things that i can listen to over and over.

anyway. i really like ... 'water curses'. very much want a natural room of my own. so. so i'm making one of those hangy things. with a bird. and the wings will be either tape or tracing paper, i'm undecided. i want tape for durability, but i think tracing paper would be much more fluttery... hum.

fun fun fun anyway. i'm thinking since this bird is turning out bigger than i'd expected, i might make it chasing a dragonfly or some other large insect instead of flying with another bird.
